• the booking form: the details needed to arrange the trip, such as name, email, phone, the date and the number of travellers;
• the contact form: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, travel dates and your message.

If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive the details you choose to send.

Why we use it

We use these details to answer your questions, to arrange your booking (pickup, time and number of travellers) and to contact you about it. We do not use them for advertising and we do not sell them.

Who sees it

Your details are read by our team and passed to the driver or guide only as far as needed for your trip, for example your name and hotel for pickup. The website is hosted by a web hosting company that stores the data on our behalf.

Cookies

The site uses the cookies needed for it to work, for example to keep your booking details between two steps. It does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as we need them to handle your request and the trip that follows.
