Booking, payment, cancellation and weather terms for our tours and transfers.

These terms apply to every tour, activity, day trip, multi-day tour and transfer booked with Timlaline Travel through this website, by WhatsApp or by email.
A booking is a request for a date and a number of travellers. It is confirmed when you receive our confirmation by email. Online booking closes one day before the trip.
Prices are shown in euros. Most prices are per adult, with a child price for the ages given on each trip page. Airport transfers are priced per vehicle. Each trip page lists what is included and what is not.
You pay in cash on the day of the trip, at pickup. No card is needed to book and nothing is charged online.
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the trip, or 48 hours before for the hot air balloon. Cancellations made later are not refunded.
If the weather makes a trip unsafe or impossible, we move it to another date or refund you in full.
Pickup and drop-off are included from hotels in Agadir, Taghazout, Tamraght and Imi Ouaddar, except for the one-hour quad ride in Timlalin, which starts at the quad base in the dunes. The pickup time for your hotel is confirmed after booking. Please be ready at the agreed time.
Children are welcome on most trips at the child price shown on each trip page. Quad drivers must be 16 or older; younger children ride as passengers with an adult.
Please follow the instructions of your guide, driver or instructor, especially during quad, buggy, camel, horse, surf and water activities.
