Moroccan Cooking Class
Overview
A hands-on cooking class about 30 minutes from Agadir, held in a botanical garden. You start with Moroccan mint tea, made the way families make it at home, from the leaves to the pour.
The main part of the class is a tagine. The chef shows you how to prepare the ingredients, layer them and cook them slowly, and you then eat the tagine you made for lunch, with seasonal fruit and more tea.
The groups are small, and children are welcome. For a second hands-on activity, try the pottery workshop.
