Paradise Valley Day Trip
Overview
Paradise Valley is a gorge in the foothills of the Atlas, about 50 kilometres and an hour's drive from Agadir. Palm trees line the river, and the water collects in clear natural pools between the rocks.
On the way the trip stops at an argan botanical garden and at a viewpoint in the mountains. From the road, a walk of 15 to 30 minutes leads down to the pools. You then have free time to swim, sunbathe, walk further up the valley or have a drink at one of the small cafés.
Bring comfortable shoes, swimwear and a towel. Lunch is not part of the price. To add the coast in the afternoon, see Paradise Valley and sand dunes.
