Sand Dunes Trip from Agadir
Overview
The easiest way to see the sand dunes near Agadir in a morning. The Timlalin dunes are about 60 kilometres north of the city, where the coast road leaves the beaches and the sand climbs straight up from the ocean.
The trip stops first in Tamri, the banana village, for mint tea served the traditional way. You then drive on to the dunes and have free time to walk, take photos or simply sit and watch the waves below. A camel ride can be added on the day.
Nothing here is physical unless you want it to be, which makes it a good choice for families and for a first look at the area. To ride the slopes as well, the sandboarding trip includes boards and a guide.
